- Where access hatches are installed in an assembly with an air barrier system they must be weatherstripped to minimize air leakage
- Clearance at chimneys and gas
vents must be sealed using noncombustible materials to prevent air
leakage
- With tape or compatible material to the air barrier
- With high temperature caulking to the vent
