Insulators should speak with the builder in order to be invited onsite prior to commencing normal work, to insulate and seal the following early:

• Headers and walls which may be hidden by duct work
• Walls behind one piece tub units
• Walls behind electrical panels
• Walls between the foundation and stairs

Note: Photo on the left shows sealant that is not supported and highly likely in the future to leak as the overlap is not sandwiched between framing and future wall finish. This is not a recommended practice.
