Watch the video and then follow the steps below.

• Click DL Companies.

Go to Daylite.

• Click on Companies.
• Click on the table view.

• Right click on a column to show the fields available for export on companies.
• Do not bring in Category Color.
• Do not bring in Company ID.

• Do not bring in the modified date because it will not be kept current. (Podio will have it's own information for that.
• Do not bring in the pending tasks.

Once you have the list of Companies that you want to export to Podio.

• Go to the Edit menu.
• Choose Select All.

• Click on the File menu.
• Choose Export.
• Select Export Visible Columns and Selected Rows to File.

• Enter a name for the file.
• Click on Tab Delimited.
• Choose Save.

It appears that there is a bug in Daylite version 4.2 and 4.2.1. No matter what format you choose it calls the file.csv

• Open up Excel and go to the File menu.
• Choose Import...

• Choose CSV file.
• Choose Import.

• Navigate to your file. and select it.
• Click on Get Data.

• Choose Delimited.
• Click Next.

!!! Make sure that your Data preview looks like this before you proceed. !!!

• Click Next.

• Click Finish.

• Click on OK.
