Recognize your errors without
dwelling on them. Any failed attempt is made in vain if there is no
lesson learned. You must extract the lesson from all of your
efforts before you move forward or else you are doomed to repeat
your past failures. Making multiple mistakes is acceptable;
constantly repeating the same one is not. You must accurately
identify the problem before attempting to solve it.
Find out what can be done
differently moving forward and develop a plan of action. Make sure
your plan has concrete steps that can be taken and easily kept
track of. Plans should be simple and tangible. If your plans are
vague you will leave yourself and your business open to vague
results. Analyzing your experience of failure is a skill that will
be developed over time, so be patient and become an expert. As
crazy as it may sound, becoming an expert at failing usually
translates to success.
