This step is easier said than done, but it is very important. We often tend to let our minds wander off and we start thinking about what could have been, or what we should have done. Your "what ifs" will leave you paralyzed in a state of flux. One of my favorite quotes of all time from hip hop artist Tupac Shakur sums it up best. "You can spend minutes, hours, days, weeks, or even months over-analyzing a situation; trying to put the pieces together, justifying what could've, would've happened... or you can just leave the pieces on the floor and move the F- on." Worry about your present attempt at success and only reference your previous failures as learning blocks.
