An organized mind will always lead to an organized body. The first step to any planning is to organize the steps in your mind first. In order to accomplish this, your mind must be clear from doubt and clutter. I suggest meditating once per day, even if only for a few minutes just to free your mind from all of the clutter that a day can bring. Visualize yourself in the space where you want to be. Remove all mental road blocks and separate your days into individualized journeys. Never allow today's emotions to affect tomorrow's promise. Allow the universe to work with you in accomplishing your goals. Keep a keen eye out for people and situations that the Creator has made available to you.
