Simply put, this is the process of getting the interviews on the books. Surprisingly, this is not the easiest thing. We leverage Calendly and Zoom to do this. The key is to time box the calendar on when we are willing to interview customers. It should be no longer than a week. Letting interviews linger doesn't let the team transition from pure research into synthesizing, prioritizing, and designing.
Anytime there are multiple interviews with users.
1. Create a free Calendly account.
2. Setup a 30-minute event type, specific to the Discovery Workshop.
3. For those survey respondents that provided their email and agree to a video or phone chat, send them the information and allow them to book. View our template for sample copy.
1-2 hours. There is always back and forth that pops up.
