- Restructure education and funding model(s) so public education provides the competencies and abilities required for success in future society
- Articulate the questions which must be addressed for public education to provide 'whole person' development for all. These include:

- What are the skills, competencies and jobs needed for the future?
- How can public education best prepare students for future workforce needs?
- How can teachers really be empowered and prepared for new forms of education?
- What are the necessary funding models to support new forms of education?
- How can power, process, policies and funding / resources be shifted to allow and support development of new public education system that fully addresses the 'whole person' needs of society?
