Choosing A Real Estate Website Builder: Which Is The Best?

Recently, I have been "consulting" with Lake County Realty about building and developing their website. The client is my dad's real estate business which has an outdated website and not much business coming from online sources.

In the last section, I described how I chose the domain name we are using for the site www.lcrlakegaston.com. Now that I have my domain name chosen, it's time for me to choose the real estate website builder that I am going to use to build my father's website.

My father is computer literate but like most small business owners does not have a lot of time to fight with learning a new program. However, he is going to need to be able to add and remove his rental properties from the site, and I would also like him to be able to make blog posts on a regular basis.

With this in mind I would prefer my father to be able to update the site himself. While I know some basic html, I am not a web designer, so I also need a straightforward and easy to use website builder.
