• D: a house that has been occupied for six months or more.
• E: house that had upgrades performed subsequent to a previous Basic Service.
• N: Basic Service evaluation on a house that has been occupied for less than six months. To submit an "N" file, a "P" file must be submitted either before or simultaneously with the "N" file.
• P: For file submission purposes a "P" file needs to be created. To create a "P" file, copy the "N" file and rename it by replacing the "N" with a "P".
