This is where it becomes problematic. You see everything around you and ask yourself, "What is Happening? Where am I going?" Of course your project is moving forward and maybe you will see some beautiful results by now, but overall your project is taking shape. As like your teens where the groundwork of your personality takes place, this is the phase in the remodeling process where electrical and plumbing works take place.

You won't be able to see visual progress in this phase as almost all the work done will be behind the walls or underground. This might lead to confusion or slight panic, but constant communication is the key here. Make sure you talk with all the contractors and get a run
down of what's going on. This way you will be updated about the status of your project even when you cannot see most of the stuff.
