The goal of this network is to bring together colleges, universities, and contractor associations and organizations involved in advancing the residential energy efficiency retrofit market. Goals include (but are not limited to):

• identifying who is doing what to advance training/certification/supports for existing and needed workforce;
• facilitating sharing/collaboration/coordination across network participants; and
• identifying others we need to be working with to advance/support the contractor network;
  
• identifying gaps to scaling up and then developing strategies to address those gaps.
