This campaign is for someone who has shown more interest than just a regular visitor. Maybe they became a lead or landed on your product page. This means you're going to use your retargeting code on specific pages instead of on all pages.
Or, if you are using PerfectAudience you would simply create a new cookie pool by filling out which pages to segment in the retargeting lists manager, since Perfect Audience has you put their code on all pages.
Notice how the banner shows the product that the visitor was interested in on your site.
You might also follow this up with an ad that offers a discount after a couple weeks of seeing the normal ad to increase the incentive to order.
