Where the heck does it come from?
Isn't this the key to achieving all kinds of goals? And doesn't it sometimes feel like everyone else has it but you? I'll tell you from experience that it's not always easy to find and it's sometimes even harder to hold on to BUT there are some simple ways to get the ball rolling. What Kristin and I can tell you today is to REVIEW YOUR GOALS.
Your goals are your road map to your success. Without them you are just doing this because you know it's something that is good for you. You're goals are the things you actually want to achieve, the things you want for yourself in this life. So if those don't get you excited then it's time to change or modify your goals.
Also, simple things from the location of your gym to who you're working out with to what you're wearing can all affect your motivation levels. Once you get yourself into that routine however, there is really no stopping you!
