The LLHBA is one of the stronger small locals in Ontario and in Canada. But there are very similar issues happening here as elsewhere:

• Over shadowed and over-ruled by larger municipalities - GTA, Ottawa, Vancouver, Calgary
• Member's retiring
• Fewer members signing on
• Apprehension of new mandates coming from Gov't.

Over the next year, I will be reaching out to existing members and performing outreach to new members, coupled with the attraction of an "Associates Fee" for small business initiates.

Most of the outreach will be simply to show my face, promote the LLHBA, CHBA and OHBA.
