Here is a brief description of some of the elements that are available.

Heading: Heading is the title at the beginning of your web form.

Sub Heading: This is the line that comes after your heading.

Rich Text: By adding rich text to your web form, you have the ability to format and style your text.

Email Address: By adding this to your web form, users can add their email address.

Phone Number: This is a field where someone can insert their phone number.

Single Line Input: A single line input is a one line field form. For Example, a field for your first name.

Multiple Line Input: This is a field that is multiple lines long. For example, a field for your address. A line for the address, a line for the town etc…

Drop Down Select: If you have multiple options for users to choose from, a drop down select menu would be a great element to use. You most commonly see this when selecting what state or country you are from.

Checkboxes: This is if someone else needs to add a checkmark to a desired field. User will be able to select multiple options.

Radio Buttons: Radio buttons are perfect to use if you need users to choose only one option. For example, choosing between male and female.
