Managing Submissions

From the Pipeline, you can manage the submissions of a specific web form or SeamlessDoc. You can access the Pipeline from the lobby by clicking on the orange box next to a Form's Name. It will have the number of submissions you've received on the SeamlessDoc or form.

Viewing
You will be presented with a table where the columns will be the field labels on your web form or SeamlessDoc and the rows will be the data from a submission.

Messaging
To message or share Submission Data, click the checkbox(es) for the individual submissions you'd like to select. Then, click on the Messaging, or the envelope, icon from the toolbar.

A popup, like the one below, will appear. You can specify the recipients by their email addresses, attach a link to the PDF(s) of the data, and add a Subject Line and a Body to the message.

Assigning
You can also assign submissions to Users or Groups directly from the pipeline by clicking on the arrow icon from the toolbar. You can specify a user or a group from the popup that appears. After clicking Update, the users will receive an email notifying them that they have been assigned to a submission.

Status
From the toolbar, you can add a Status Tag to a submission by clicking on the Tag icon (make sure you select the specific submission by clicking on the checkbox). Status Tags can be used for reference when managing your submissions. You can customize the tags by clicking Manage Status.

Deleting
You can delete submissions by clicking on the Trash icon in the toolbar after selecting the specific submission. A confirmation dialog will appear, and upon clicking "OK," the selected submission(s) will be deleted.

Exporting
Exporting submission data is useful when you would like your data in a Comma-Separated Values (CSV) file format, which can later be viewed in a spreadsheet. To export your submissions, first select the data and then, under More in the toolbar, you'll find a link to Export.

A "Save" dialog will appear and you'll be able to save the submission data on your computer as a .csv file, which can be viewed in Excel or Spreadsheets.
