How to Prepare a Document
SeamlessDocs users can prepare a document, meaning a user can
complete fields on a document before sending it out for the first
signer to sign.
What is Preparer View?
1. View as Preparer
Preparing a document is as simple as pressing a button to enter
Preparer View.
2. Fill Out and Complete the Fields
Once you're in Preparer View, which looks exactly like Live View,
you can begin completing the necessary fields.
3. Confirm the Preparation of the Document
After you're done, click on Submit to continue the workflow
and provide your signature to confirm the preparation of the
document.
As the preparer, you have the ability to send out invites to
the signer(s) of the document. After sending out the invites, your
job as the preparer is complete and the signature workflow will
continue.
