Approver Signature

How to Approve a SeamlessDoc


If your doc requires someone to look over the details and provide a final signature, you can add an Approver to your doc. The Approver will be the last person to review and sign the document.



To add an Approver, please follow the instructions below:

1. Add Signature Field
Drag a Signature Field from the left sidebar onto your document.

2. Set Up New Signer
When the "Who Needs to Sign Here?" modal appears, set up a new signer. Select the "Approver" option and provide the name and email address of the approver.


Once a Approver Signature Field is added on your SeamlessDoc, the Approver will receive an email after all preliminary Unknown and Known signers have completed and signed the doc.
