In order to delete a web form or SeamlessDoc, you must first delete all the submissions associated with it. To delete the submissions, you must go to the Pipeline and select all the submissions. Clicking on the trash icon will remove all the submissions from your pipeline.

After deleting the submissions, you can go back to your Lobby and then click on the trash icon for the web form or SeamlessDoc you wish to delete.
