Why a shared Space?

Some knowhow changes often or is very complex. It saves a lot of time to learn from others or figure it out together. This is where shared Spaces come in. They are a place to access, share, and improve information on a specific topic together.

While a shared Space is hosted by an Organisation or Individual, once you've joined it you can add it to your own Organisation and create direct access for your members.

A shared space can be public for anyone to join. Or can be created specifically for a partner or client, for example when you'r sharing documentation on a project.

Some examples of public Spaces are:

  • Keeping In The Heat hosted by National Resources Canada, a series designed to guide you in upgrading the energy performance of your home.
  • Energy Advisor hosted by Efficiency Canada's CareerHub, a Space to figure out the future of a crucial profession.
