Before your store is ready for launch, you're going to have to dive into the store settings. That's where you tell Shopify how exactly you want your store to run: the address of your store on the web, where in the world you will ship to, how customers will make payments, the format of emails automatically sent to customers and, perhaps less interestingly but nevertheless important, the tax rates to be applied to orders.
This is a big section but it is split up into eight parts - one for each of the sections in the settings for your store. Your Shopify account comes with as much of it as possible already set up. But there's no avoiding it, this is the core of your new online business, let's roll up the metaphorical sleeves and get going!
