Experiment 2

The second experiment I tried was similar to the first but I decided to change up my eating habits. In the past I could easily eat an entire rice cooker of rice in one night (I kid you not) and have that with chicken and some from of peas or beans. No vegetables, no fruits, no water. Normally I would wash it down with some sugary juice or drink.


I decided that I would switch to half a cup of quinoa instead of the rice cooker

I would lightly steam or stir fry leafy greens and other veggies

My protein source pretty much stayed the same. Same cooking process as previous but no rice to go with....

100 crunches with knees to my chest


The Conclusion:

By the end of week 1 I started to see some more improvement. My second set of abs started to show!! I could see a bit of definition down the side as well but the lower abs were being very stubborn.

The Verdict:

Changing up the food intake makes a world of difference. Half a cup worked wonders for me. Half a cup of everything with the exception of the protein source .
