Step Three: User And Administrator Experience Research

Research needs to be conducted in order assess the "Student Journey" from the perspective of the enroled student and administrators.

To do this, simple interview questions will be developed. Many of these interview questions will be open ended to allow for the interviewees to express frustrations. Online surveys will be created to get as many data points as possible.

One-on-one sessions will also be scheduled with select students and administrators.

The responses will be documented and reviewed in order to better understand the what is required in your "Student Journey", what is required for administrators, and what is required of the technology infrastructure.
