Steps To Create Your Form

1. Click on the Daylite menu.
2. Click on Preferences...
(Make sure that you have administrator privileges, before proceeding)

3. Click on Forms.

4. Add a new form.
5. Name the form.
6. Describe the form.
7. Link it to Projects.

8. Click on the New Field.
9. Call this field Name.

10. Click plus to add a new field.
11. Name the field Status
12. Choose the field type to be pop-up.
13. Enter your options.
14. Define your default for new sub-projects.

15. Add a new field.
16. Call it Due Date.
17. Choose the field type Date.

18. Add a new field.
19. Name the field Details.
20. Choose the field type Text.

21. Click the close button.
