Create the channels you want to have in the new account. For example, to setup a new account similar to Ontario's online training, you would setup the following channels:

1. Module 1.1 (Open)
2. Module 1.2 (Private)
3. Module 1.3 (Private)
4. Module 2.1 (Private)
5. Module 2.2 (Private)
6. Module 2.3 (Private)
7. Module 2.4 (Private)
8. Module 3 (Private)
9. Test / Final Exam

It's important that the initial module / channel you want to make accessible is set to "open" and the consecutive ones are "private" so the user doesn't have access to all the modules immediately.
