Mark Wafer, a Tim Horton's Franchisee, is almost completely deaf, and has been since birth. When he became a successful business owner, he decided to hire others with physical or mental challenges, including Clint Sparling, a young man with Down Syndrome that has now worked for Mark for over two decades. Clint is just one of dozens of young people with disabilities that Mark has helped over the years.
