How Virtual Training Is Different

If you're staff are failing you and you've done everything else in this guide up until now, the way you're communicating processes to your staff is the problem. You're the problem and you need to change in order to make your staff more successful.

Remember that training somebody in person is very different from training somebody 10,000 miles away. It requires a different management philosophy and when you end up running into problems (and you will), step back and instead of blaming the employee, ask yourself how you could better communicate what you want done to your team.
