Explain why these items are the important places to focus on and how you plan on approaching them.

On the other hand, a mobile app that ignores customers or receives negative reviews can tarnish a company's brand. It is important to have as much, if not more, resources invested to help mobile customers and ensure a positive experience as there is provided in-store or online.
In many cases, a mobile app may be a customer's first interaction with your brand. It is important that the mobile experience be on par if not better than the other channels where your company interacts with customers.
