Dr. Bharath Kadaba is the VP of Engineering and Operations at the Global Business Division of Intuit. He is leading engineering teams across the globe in creating products for small businesses, consumers and accountants serving markets outside the United States.
Before Intuit, Bharath was the VP of Media Engineering at Yahoo and has also held various leadership positions in two Silicon Valley startups, Siebel Systems, News Corporation and IBM.
Scott Cook co-founded Intuit Inc. in 1983 and now serves as the chairman of the Executive Committee.
Before founding Intuit, Cook managed consulting assignments in banking and technology for Bain & Company, a corporate strategy consulting firm. He previously worked for Procter & Gamble, the household products giant, in various marketing positions, including brand manager, for four years.
Cook is a member of the board of directors of eBay; Procter & Gamble; the Asia Foundation; the Harvard Business School Dean's Advisory Board; the Center for Brand and Product Management at the University of Wisconsin; and the Intuit Scholarship Foundation.
Cook earned an MBA from Harvard University and received a bachelor's degree in economics and mathematics from the University of Southern California.
As the Director, Deputy General Counsel for Intuit's small business group, Joe is responsible for managing the delivery of legal, regulatory and compliance services to its flagship products of Quickbooks, Payments, Payroll and recently acquired DemandForce, a leader in online marketing and communication solutions for small businesses. Recently, Joe has been working with a team to apply the Lean Startup principles to re-imagine the provision of legal services.
Over the past four years, Joe supported Intuit's global business division and its operations in Canada, UK, India and Singapore. Joe has been an attorney in Silicon Valley for twenty years advising technology and emerging growth companies and held leadership positions at Sun Microsystems prior to joining Intuit. As a bay area native, he holds a B.A. in Communication and Juris Doctorate from Santa Clara University.
As the Sr. Product Manager for TurboTax Mobile Applications, Carol Howe is responsible for developing, launching and improving consumer tax-related smartphone apps. Over the past three years, she has launched a suite of mobile apps including TurboTax SnapTax, TurboTax TaxCaster, TurboTax MyTaxRefund and TurboTax for iPad.
Carol received Intuit's prestigious Innovation Award for her recent work and leadership on TurboTax SnapTax, the first start-to-finish tap preparation app. She frequently speaks on the topics of mobile apps and mobile user research. Carol has contributed to several articles and books, including Harvard Business Review, MIT Technology Review, WSJ All Things Digital and The Lean Startup (by Eric Ries).
