Andres Glusman is the Vice President at Meetup. He's responsible for Product, Strategy & Community teams. He is also a card-carrying member of the lean startup cult.

Over the last 4 years, he has systematically experimented with lean methodologies at Meetup. Along the way, he's learned the hard way how to build lean into an organization. Beyond Meetup his career spans from Boeing to Yahoo. He has a background in Economics/Psychology and an MBA from Wharton. In his spare time, he is raising confident daughters and is learning to surf.
