The program includes: three two-day classroom style training sessions, one four-day training intensive combined with self-study and pier group interactive programs.

Over the 12 weeks of the program, you will learn how to setup your consulting practice, identify your unique selling proposition, develop your business plan and identify your ideal clients. You will also develop the confidence to fully understand the value you can bring to others and other organizations and establish your business model, pricing and business applications.
