Go to your favorite place to think or work, clear your schedule, turn off your phone and settle in with some pens and paper.

No distractions, no where else you need to be; just you and your thoughts. Take this time to slow down and reflect on how your journey began. Connect with the real reason why you wanted to do this and remember who you're doing it for. Put yourself in the best possible mental and emotional state to answer these 4 questions honestly.
