Including a variety of food concessionaires at your event contributes to the comfort of patrons, can increase revenue, and has become mandatory if you are serving alcohol.
Contact local restaurants or food stalls in your area to pitch your idea to have them serve at your event. It is important to set up a contract with them outlining all of your event details (date, time, location, etc) as well as what you will provide, and what they should bring. Be specific and don't assume they'll know anything. Attached are 3 examples of different event food vendor contracts. Have a look and put together one of your own.
If your event includes a formal dinner then do some research into local catering companies based on your budget and taste.
