Before the gates/doors open, do a final walk through of your site/venue to make sure it is ready to greet your guests.

Things to look for include:

1) Signage - Is all of your signage up and looking presentable?

2) Toilets - Are you toilets unlocked, clean and ready to go?

3) Volunteers - Volunteers in place and ready to go?

4) Vendors and Bar - Are your vendors open? Is your bar ready for the crowds?

5) Entertainment/Speakers - Has everyone arrived that is presenting or performing?

6) General Look and Feel - Is everything where it should be?

7) Security - Everyone in place?

8) Garbage - Receptacles out and enough of them?
