Reviewing the event with your crew is critical. What worked and what didn't? Get as much feedback as you can from everyone involved.

Remember - not all of it will be rosy and positive. In fact, the negative (constructive) feedback is arguably more important than the positive as it lets you see things you may not have noticed yourself.

Don't take it personally. Instead use it to build a bulletproof event!
