Getting Started

[You may want to open your guide describing the process for how someone who doesn't know anything about your industry can get started. While many companies are tempted to make information about their own products and services, this should really be your "expert advice" for anyone and not an overly sales tool. A more objective approach tends to generate much more loyalty and trust.

The next four pages are just placeholders. Once you've defined the individual steps someone should take to get started, you may want to include a page on "where to find help" if someone gets stuck or needs help. This is a great time to describe your product or service :)]
