Email the variations to at least 5 customers

Find 5 people, that are potential customers, to review your copy. Tell them you are going to send them two pitches and that they should tell you:

  1. Which one they liked better.
  2. What, specifically, they liked about it.
  3. What they took away from the pitch.
  4. What could be improved.

Congratulations... you've conducted your first A/B test on your landing page without even touching the design. You've focussed on the copy and that's the most important part.
