When creating or updating a listing on your board/association's MLS® System, it is automatically added or updated on REALTOR.ca. Depending on the MLS® System, your change may occur in a few minutes, hours, or it may take up to a day.

While content on REALTOR.ca is updated several times per day, not every MLS® System will upload changes as often. It varies from system to system.

It is important to always verify that your listing (or update) has been sent successfully to REALTOR.ca before informing your client to check out their property listing. Contact your Board/Association to find out the frequency of their MLS® System's upload to REALTOR.ca.
