Each listing that is entered into your board/association's MLS® System is given an MLS® Number:

This number indexes your listing in the MLS® System, allowing you to quickly search for the listing. This also makes sharing a listing simple by sending the Number to clients.

Head to your board/association's MLS® System and pick one of your MLS® Numbers. Take that Number and search for it on REALTOR.ca using the search box:

What did you notice about the listing? Pay attention to three key areas:

1. Photos and Multimedia - look for the Multimedia link, that could include a video, or a 3D tour.

2. Listing Description - your description of the property.

3. Standard MLS® Fields - number of rooms and bathrooms, size of property and lot, does it have amenities such as air conditioning, etc.
