If any part of your business is private dining, catering, merchandise, etc. you cannot forget a contact us page. You would think that simply including a phone number in the footer of your page is good enough. It's not.

Visitors are lazy and if they can't see the words "Contact" or "Contact Us" on your main navigation menu, they won't bother hunting around for that information.
