We're focused on two big areas to help us grow the Guides movement:

1. Close the platform gap

There is currently a large gap between our vision and mission to Bringing People Together to Navigate Change and the experience on the Guides.co platform. We need to fundamentally rethink the user experience to:

• enable individuals to feel like this is a safe space to be their whole selves, to learn and grow, and participate in a different way.
• create and enable common spaces where people interact and collaborate in a more natural, meaningful way. Where they can explore pathways and raise & process tensions* on topics that matter.
• to enable ecosystems to naturally grow and evolve by facilitating connections, seeding knowledge, and building new forms of collaboration.
  

We're working on a product roadmap and looking for help.

2. Grow the Movement

We need to amplify our collective voice and make our message more clear and inviting. We need to enable everyone on the Guides platform to join and grow our movement by actively engaging and energizing our community; by inviting their friends and colleagues to join us; by bringing on their organizations to discover new ways to work; and by investing in our purpose by sharing their knowledge and skills, their time and attention, and their vision on how we can activate the "space between".
