Part 1 - Creating the Homepage

1. Go to Pages → Add New and Insert Page Title (e.g. Home) Under the title box, click the blue button the says Visual Composer.
2. Click on the Templates button and select the template you would like to use for your homepage.
3. Under the Layout section set H1 to NO. Click Publish button.

Part 2 - Assigning the Homepage

1. Go to Settings → Reading.
2. Under front page displays, tick A static page.
3. Select the drop-down menu: For Front page
4. Choose the Home Page that you've created on Part #1.

For Posts page : leave it blank (**optional: if you'd like to have a Blog link in the menu showing the latest posts, you may create a Blog page and choose it for "Posts page").

Click save changes to complete the steps.
