Applying to Join

To sign up for the HPCN, start by submitting an application on this webpage:

1. Primary Contact

The first page looks like this:

To complete this page, fill out all of the fields and click the "Next" button.

2. Business Profile

The second page looks like this:

To complete this page, fill out the required fields. For further instructions, you can hover your mouse over the black circles with question marks.

Then click the "Next" button.

3. Service Territory

The third page looks like this:

Start by reading the instructions and selecting the general areas of BC that your company services. Once you select an area(s), a new section will open called Region(s).

Select the area(s) that your company offers service. When you click on an area, another list will appear allowing you to select the specific communities you service and deselect those that you do not. Read the instructions carefully and make your selections.

Once you have selected and deselected your service territory, click on the "Next" button.

4. Additional

The fourth page looks like this:

Read the question, select your response, and click on the "Next" button.

5. Declaration

The fifth and final page looks like this:

Read each declaration carefully and click the checkbox beside each one to confirm your agreement. You can click on the blue text to read more information as needed. Once you have agreed to and checked all boxes, click on the "Submit Application Form" button.
