Guides uses channels to organize your content. They're similar to folders, but modules (or guides) can added to multiple channels.

To create new channels:

1. Click on the link "Create new channel" on the left hand side of your account:
   
2. Enter a name and description (optional) for your channel
3. [optional] Select if the channel is
   1. private (only you and people you invite can access it)
   2. open - anyone in your account / team can access it, or
   3. public - anyone on the internet can access it without having to sign in

Congratulations - your new channel has been created! Now you can add modules to your channels.
