Begin with launching a View Desktop session from the Workspace portal, choosing the Windows 7 desktop pool. Depending on your portal display, hover your mouse over (AMER, EMEA, or APAC)-WIN7. Then Click at bottom right corner of the icon and then on drop down next to Launch and choose ... in Horizon Client.

The Horizon Client will be launched and will display the progress of your connection.

Allow Horizon Client to complete connecting to the View Connection Server and loading the desktop.
