You can directly connect to the View Agent or RDSH server from Horizon Client when you have finished the previous steps.

1. Launch Horizon Client and click Add Server.

Type the FQDN or IP address of the virtual machine (View Agent, Windows Server 2008 R2/2012 as View Agent, or Windows Server 2008 R2/2012 as RDSH Role). Click Connect.

2. There might be a certificate warning dialog. If this dialog pops up, click Continue.

3. The Login window appears. Type your authentication information and click Login.

4. The connection results depend on which kind of View Agent is connected. If a View Agent is connected, its desktop is displayed immediately.

If a Windows Server 2008 R2/2012 as View Agent is connected, its desktop is displayed immediately.

If a Windows Server 2008 R2/2012 as RDSH Role is connected, a desktop selector is displayed. The window displays both the desktop and added remote application programs.
