- Start the Horizon Client application. To get a valid Passcode,
switch to the RSA SecurID application.

- If the user already set a PIN using the RSA Authentication
Self-Service function or another approach, enter the PINdirectly
and click the small
triangle button.

Ifthe PIN was not initialized after the Software Token
application installation, the user will leave the field blank and
click the small triangle button. (In a later step
Horizon Client will help the user set a PIN.)
- After the user clicks the button, a Tokencode (temporary
passcode) is displayed. Click Copy to copy the
Tokencode.

- Return to the Horizon Client and type the User name and paste
the Passcode. Click Login.

- The passcode is a temporary one and, if no PIN was previously
set, the Horizon Client will prompt the user to enter a new PIN.
Enter the new PIN and confirm it.

- The application will notify the user the new PIN is set. Click
OK.

- Switch to the RSA SecurID Software Token
application.Enter the new PIN.

- The window will display a Passcode. Click Copy
to copy the Passcode.

- In Horizon Client, paste the Passcode. Click
Login.

- In the View authentication window, type the user's domain
Password. Click Login.

- The Virtual Desktop pool assigned to the user appears.
