You can use View Administrator to specify settings to accommodate different smart card authentication scenarios. The settings are also applied to paired security servers.

1. In a supported browser, log in to View Administrator.
2. In the left navigation pane, select View Configuration > Servers.
3. On the Connection Servers tab, select the View Connection Server instance and click Edit.
4. On the Authentication tab, under View Authentication, select the Smart card authentication for users option that meets your requirements and click OK.
5. Restart View Connection Server to make the changes effective.
