To enable smart card authentication, you must modify View Connection Server configuration properties on your View Connection Server or security server host.

1. If the locked.properties file doesn't exist in the SSL gateway configuration folder on the View Connection Server or security server host, create it.
2. Assign the following values to the properties: trustKeyfile=trust.key trustStoretype=JKS useCertAuth=true
3. Restart the system.
